🎓 Educational Qualification

HSSC CET Group D 2026 के लिए Apply करने वाले Candidates को निम्न Educational Qualification पूरी करनी होगी:

Candidate किसी Recognized Board से Matriculation (10th Pass) होना चाहिए।
Hindi या Sanskrit Matric Level तक एक Subject होना अनिवार्य है।
Group D Posts के लिए Question Paper Matric Level का होगा।

Important: Sweeper, Chowkidar और Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar Posts के लिए Qualification Rules अलग से जारी किए जा सकते हैं।

👤 Age Limit

Official Notification के अनुसार Candidate की Age निम्न प्रकार होनी चाहिए:

🏢 Vacancy Details

Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) ने स्पष्ट किया है कि CET Group D 2026 के अंतर्गत आने वाली विभिन्न Group D Vacancies का Detailed Notification अलग से जारी किया जाएगा।

CET Exam केवल Eligibility Test है। CET Qualified Candidates भविष्य में आने वाली Haryana Government Group D Recruitments के लिए Eligible माने जाएंगे।

Important Note: Detailed Post Wise Vacancy, Department Wise Vacancy, Category Wise Vacancy तथा Reservation Breakup बाद में अलग Notification के माध्यम से जारी किया जाएगा।

💰 Application Fee Details

HSSC CET Group D Recruitment 2026 के लिए Application Fee Category के अनुसार निर्धारित की गई है। Candidates को Online Mode के माध्यम से Fee जमा करनी होगी।

Special Relief: जिन Candidates ने पहले CET Group C Advertisement No. 01/2025 के तहत आवेदन किया था, उन्हें CET Group D के लिए दोबारा Application Fee जमा करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।

Application Fee Online जमा होगी।
Fee जमा होने के बाद Refund नहीं की जाएगी।
Failed Transaction की जिम्मेदारी HSSC की नहीं होगी।
Fee Payment Last Date 06 July 2026 निर्धारित की गई है।

🏷 Reservation Rules

Haryana Government Reservation Policy के अनुसार विभिन्न Reserved Categories को Reservation Benefit प्रदान किया जाएगा।

यदि कोई Reserved Category Candidate अपनी Merit के आधार पर चयनित होता है, तो उसे Reserved Quota में नहीं गिना जाएगा।

Important: Reserved Category Candidate यदि Open Merit में चयनित होता है तो उसका Selection General Merit Category में माना जाएगा।

📜 DSC / OSC Reservation Rules

Haryana Government Notification dated 13 November 2024 के अनुसार Scheduled Castes को दो Sub-Categories में विभाजित किया गया है:

OSC	Other Scheduled Castes

Candidates को DSC अथवा OSC Category स्पष्ट रूप से दर्शाने वाला Certificate Upload करना होगा।

Important: DSC/OSC Certificate 13.11.2024 के बाद जारी किया गया होना चाहिए तथा Application Closing Date तक Valid होना चाहिए।

📑 BCA / BCB Reservation Rules

Backward Class Category Candidates को Reservation Benefit प्राप्त करने के लिए Non-Creamy Layer Category में आना आवश्यक है।

Creamy Layer Candidates को Reservation Benefit नहीं मिलेगा और उन्हें General Category Candidate माना जाएगा।

Important: BCA/BCB Certificate 01 April 2026 या उसके बाद जारी किया गया होना चाहिए।

💠 EWS Reservation Rules

Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Category Candidates को Reservation Benefit प्राप्त करने के लिए Valid EWS Certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

EWS Certificate Haryana Government Rules के अनुसार जारी होना चाहिए।
Certificate 01 April 2026 या उसके बाद जारी होना चाहिए।
Certificate Application Closing Date तक Valid होना चाहिए।

♿ PwBD Reservation Rules

Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) Category Candidates को Reservation एवं Age Relaxation का लाभ Haryana Government Rules के अनुसार प्रदान किया जाएगा।

PwBD Certificate Competent Authority द्वारा जारी होना चाहिए।
Certificate Application Closing Date से पहले जारी होना चाहिए।
Certificate Upload करना अनिवार्य होगा।

🏅 ESP Reservation Rules

Eligible Sports Person (ESP) Category Candidates को Sports Gradation Certificate Upload करना होगा।

Sports Certificate Valid होना चाहिए।
Certificate Haryana Government Norms के अनुसार होना चाहिए।
Certificate Closing Date तक मान्य होना चाहिए।

Ex-Servicemen (ESM) तथा Family Members of ESM Candidates को निर्धारित प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

Important: Family Member of ESM Certificate 20 June 2025 या उसके बाद Renew/Issue किया गया होना चाहिए।

⚠ Important OMR Rules

HSSC CET Group D Examination में OMR Sheet भरते समय Candidates को विशेष सावधानी बरतनी होगी।

प्रत्येक Question के लिए 4 Options दिए जाएंगे।
OMR Sheet में संबंधित Circle Fill करना होगा।
यदि Candidate किसी Question को Attempt नहीं करना चाहता है तो 5th Bubble Fill करना होगा।
5th Bubble Fill न करने पर Penalty लागू होगी।

📊 CET Score Validity

HSSC द्वारा पहले आयोजित CET Group D Examination (12 January 2024) में Qualified Candidates के लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण सूचना जारी की गई है।

12 January 2024 CET Group D Score की Validity 11 January 2027 तक रहेगी।
पहले से Qualified Candidates को दोबारा CET देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
Previous CET Score को Percentage में Convert करके Combined Merit List तैयार की जाएगी।

Exam समाप्त होने के बाद HSSC द्वारा Provisional Answer Key जारी की जाएगी।

प्रति Question Objection Fee ₹250 निर्धारित है।

यदि दो या अधिक Candidates के समान Marks आते हैं तो Ranking निम्न Rules के अनुसार निर्धारित की जाएगी।
